Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Veloce collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our website or use Google Ads War Room.

1. Who we are

Veloce provides Google Ads War Room, an analysis and decision-support platform created by Kyle Corpin. In this policy, “Veloce,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the service. Questions can be sent to hello@tryveloce.com.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

  • Account information: your name, email address, profile image, authentication provider, organization, and account preferences.
  • Google Ads information: campaign, account, keyword, search-term, ad, conversion, budget, bidding, impression-share, audience, geographic, device, and related performance data that you authorize or upload.
  • Billing information: subscription plan, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, billing status, invoices, and transaction history. Stripe processes payment-card details; Veloce does not store complete card numbers.
  • Product usage: pages viewed, actions taken, feature usage, uploads, settings, diagnostic logs, browser and device information, IP-derived security information, and support communications.
  • Cancellation feedback: the reason and optional comments you provide when changing or ending a plan.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; provide, personalize, secure, and improve the service; connect authorized Google Ads accounts; generate AI-assisted analysis and recommendations; process subscriptions; prevent fraud and abuse; provide support; send service and billing communications; comply with law; and enforce our agreements.

4. Google user data

When you connect Google, Veloce accesses only the permissions needed to deliver the features you request. Google Ads data is used to display account performance, generate user-facing analysis, and improve the operation of those features. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or credit decisions, or transfer it to data brokers.

Veloce’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Human access to connected account data is limited to situations you authorize, support and security needs, legal requirements, or aggregated internal operations allowed by applicable policy.

5. AI analysis

Authorized advertising data may be processed by AI and analytics providers solely to generate and improve Veloce’s user-facing analysis. We limit the data provided to what is reasonably necessary and use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. AI recommendations can be incomplete or incorrect; you remain responsible for reviewing decisions before applying them to an advertising account.

6. When we share information

We may share information with service providers that help operate Veloce, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for billing, hosting and security providers, email and support tools, analytics providers, and authorized AI-processing vendors. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, during a business transaction with appropriate safeguards, or at your direction. We do not sell personal information.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain account and service information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for billing, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and legitimate business records. You can revoke Google access through your Google Account and request deletion by emailing us. Revoking access stops future collection but does not automatically delete information we are legally or operationally required to retain. We will delete or de-identify eligible information within a reasonable period after a verified request.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, managed authentication, role-based permissions, and restricted credentials. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. To submit a request, contact us from the email associated with your account. We may verify your identity before fulfilling it.

10. Cookies and authentication storage

Veloce uses essential cookies or similar browser storage to keep you signed in, protect sessions, remember necessary preferences, and operate the service. We may use limited analytics to understand product performance. You can control browser storage through your device settings, but disabling essential storage may prevent sign-in or other features.

11. Children and international use

Veloce is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the service if you are not legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be posted here and, when appropriate, communicated through the product or email. If a change materially affects how connected Google data is used, we will provide notice and obtain consent when required.
