Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Veloce and Google Ads War Room. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, actions taken through your account, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share credentials outside your authorized organization.

2. The service

Veloce provides analytics, AI-assisted recommendations, workflow tools, and related software for Google Ads management. Features, limits, integrations, and availability may change as the service evolves. Unless expressly stated in writing, Veloce does not make changes to your Google Ads account without an action you authorize.

3. Free trial and automatic billing

Basic and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial unless a different offer is clearly shown at checkout. A valid payment method is required. You will not be charged the recurring subscription price during the free-trial period.

When the 14-day trial ends, your selected plan automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription and Stripe will charge the payment method on file $199 per month for Basic or $499 per month for Pro, plus applicable taxes, unless you cancel before the trial ends. The subscription then renews automatically each month until canceled. The exact plan, price, trial end date, and billing terms shown at checkout control if they differ from this page.

4. Payment

You authorize Veloce and Stripe to charge applicable subscription fees and taxes to your payment method. You are responsible for keeping billing information current. If payment fails, we may retry the charge, ask you to update payment information, limit access, or suspend the account. Prices may change with advance notice; a price change will apply to a future billing period as described in that notice.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel online at any time from Account → Change or cancel plan. There are no cancellation fees. Unless the checkout or cancellation screen states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period and you retain access until then. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next monthly charge.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact billing@tryveloce.com promptly. See the Cancellation Policy for the complete process.

6. Your data and permissions

You retain ownership of data you submit or authorize Veloce to access. You grant Veloce a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have authority to connect each advertising account and provide its data. You can revoke Google access, but doing so may disable product features.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Veloce to violate law or third-party rights; access accounts without permission; distribute malware; probe or bypass security; overload the service; scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law permits; resell access without written permission; train competing models from the service; or use outputs to mislead, discriminate, or cause unlawful harm.

8. AI and advertising disclaimer

Veloce provides decision support, not a guarantee of advertising performance. AI-generated analysis may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Ad platforms, auctions, tracking, attribution, markets, and customer behavior change outside our control. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations, budgets, bids, targeting, creative, legal compliance, and any action applied to an advertising account. Veloce does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

9. Intellectual property

Veloce and its licensors own the service, software, interface, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property, excluding your data. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your internal business purposes.

10. Third-party services

Veloce depends on services such as Google, Stripe, Supabase, hosting providers, and AI vendors. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or actions outside our control.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful conduct, material breach, or conduct that threatens the service or other users. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. You may stop using Veloce and cancel your subscription at any time.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or guaranteed results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veloce will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, advertising spend, or business interruption. Veloce’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Veloce during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, each party agrees to send written notice and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or email and will apply prospectively. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Questions may be sent to hello@tryveloce.com.
